Once upon a time, Bandung Bondowoso loved Roro Jonggrang too much, but because Roro Jonggrang didn't like Bandung Bondowoso. Roro Jonggrang even asked Bandung Bondowoso to build a temple, but Roro Jonggrang tried to thwart Bandung Bondowoso's efforts. Because of Roro's actions, it was discovered by Bandung that Bandung Bondowoso was angry and cursed Roro Joggrang.
